1. The Cash Carnival promotion runs from December 15, 2024, to January 11, 2025, inclusive.

2. The total guaranteed prize pool of the promotion is $1,000,000. It is divided into four (4) weekly rounds, each with a $250,000 prize pool.

3. The promotion is available to all registered JackPoker players who have reached the legal age and meet jurisdictional requirements. Only real-money cash game wagers are considered. Wagers made using bonus funds do not earn points.

Games are played on 6-max NLB, PLO5CB, and PLO6CB tables.

4. Point accumulation system:
1 point — for each bomb hand seen;
3 points — for any active action in a bomb hand (call, bet, raise);
10 points — for a won bomb hand.

Points accumulate during each round and determine the player's position on the leaderboard.

5. Leaderboard structure:
The promotion includes four (4) weekly rounds with a $250,000 prize pool each, distributed across limits:

 • Low — $50,000
 • Medium — $75,000
 • High — $125,000

Each round starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Cash Carnival does not include additional random prizes at the end of the promotion.

6. Percentage distribution by ranking:
1st place — 14%, 2nd place — 10%, 3rd place — 8%, 4th place — 7%, 5th place — 6%, 6th place — 5%, 7th place — 4.5%, 8th place — 4%, 9th place — 3.5%, 10th place — 3%, 11th–15th places — 2.5% each, 16th–20th places — 2% each, 21st–25th places — 1.5% each, 26th–30th places — 1% each.

7. All leaderboard prizes and random rewards are credited as instant cash and are available for play at cash tables.

8. If two or more players have an equal number of points, the higher position will be awarded to the player who achieved the result earlier in time.

9. Any collusion, soft play, chip dumping, multi-accounting, or other abuse of the leaderboard system or gameplay may lead to disqualification, cancellation of winnings, and/or account sanctions.

10. By participating in Cash Carnival, players agree to the General Terms and Conditions of JackPoker. JackPoker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

11. In case of disputes, JackPoker's decision is final and binding for all participants.
