General Terms

1.1. The ""Lucky Hands Festival"" promotion is held from December 8 to 28 (inclusive).
1.2. The organizer of the promotion is JackPoker. Participation in the promotion implies the user's full agreement with these terms.
1.3. The promotion is available only to users who have reached the age permitting participation in gambling according to the legislation of their jurisdiction, registered on the JackPoker platform and have passed the verification (KYC) procedure.

Participation Terms
2.1. Participation in the promotion is available to all JackPoker users playing cash games.
2.2. Only hands played at cash tables during the promotion period are counted.
2.3. No separate registration is required for the promotion: the player automatically participates if they meet the conditions regarding the number of hands played.
2.4. The promotion applies to the tables and limits specified in the promotional materials and/or in the JackPoker poker client. The list of available tables may be changed by the administration.

Lucky Hands Festival Lottery
3.1. The total prize pool for the lottery is $50,000.
3.2. For every 1,000 hands played during the promotion period, the player receives 1 lottery chance (ticket).
3.3. The number of tickets per player is unlimited.
3.4. All lottery tickets automatically participate in the prize draw after the promotion ends.

3.5. Distribution of the lottery prize pool:

10× $1,000
40× $250

3.6. Lottery winners are automatically determined using random selection among all valid tickets.
3.7. The same user may win more than one prize if their tickets are drawn multiple times (unless otherwise stated in additional promotion information).
3.8. Lottery prizes are credited to winners' accounts within 3 business days after the promotion ends.

Lucky Hands Festival Leaderboards
4.1. The total prize pool for the leaderboards is $50,000.
4.2. The prize pool is divided into three limit levels:

Low limits — $10,000
Medium limits — $15,000
High limits — $25,000

4.3. In each leaderboard, prizes are awarded to the top 10 players according to the final ranking.
4.4. The player receives 1 point for every 100 hands played at the corresponding limit during the promotion.
4.5. Points from different limits are not summed up: progress for each limit level (low, medium, high) is counted separately.
4.6. The list of limits and tables belonging to each level (low, medium, high) is specified in the JackPoker client and/or additional promotional materials.

4.7. Prize distribution by levels:

High limits — $25,000

1st place — $5,000

4.8. In case of a tie in points between players, preference may be given to the one who achieved the result earlier, or other criteria determined by JackPoker may be used (for example, a larger number of hands played or a larger rake). The specific criterion may be additionally specified in the client or promotional materials.

Prize Crediting and Usage
5.1. All lottery and leaderboard prizes are credited in Instant Cash format.
5.2. Instant Cash can be used in JackPoker cash games as real money, including participation at any available tables.
5.3. Instant Cash cannot be withdrawn directly — it first requires playthrough.
5.4. Playthrough is achieved through rake: for every $20 paid in rake, $5 is credited to your real balance.
5.5. After complete playthrough, the entire Instant Cash amount becomes available for withdrawal as regular money.
5.6. Any unplayed amount does not expire and remains available until all conditions are fully met.
5.7. JackPoker reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or withdrawing funds received as part of the promotion.
